Zig Zag Zen... A Mindful Colouring Book for Adults
You know when things are just meant to be? That’s what came to mind when I was asked to create this book. As a meditator of 20 plus years, I was thrilled to be able to combine my drawing skills with a project that would be connected so closely to mindfulness. Research has overwhelmingly proved the enormous benefits of colouring books for relieving stress. Just like meditation, colouring gives us a chance to escape the everyday hustle and bustle, de-clutter the thoughts and plug into the creativity within. Zig, Zag, Zen is an A4 paperback with 60 intricate, black and white illustrations of animals, circus, city and harbour scenes for hours of relaxing colouring.
